Limescale in the bathroom

Lime deposits in the bathroom are very annoying. Lime particles that settle on the tiles, the bath, the sink and the tap give an ugly white haze and it is also bad for the material. You can prevent limescale deposits in the bathroom, which saves a lot of time and money. When lime does not have a chance to adhere to surfaces, your bathroom remains free of limescale.

Clean regularly

By regularly cleaning the bathroom you prevent limescale from building up. This does mean that you must regularly clean all tiles, taps and sinks with cleaning agent. This costs a lot of time and money. You spend at least an hour on it every week and you use a lot of cleaning products. Moreover, regular cleaning is not a solution against limescale in places that you cannot reach, such as the inside of shower heads.

Keep dry

Lime deposits form when water dries and the lime residue adheres to the surface. Keeping the bathroom dry prevents limescale deposits. Make sure that water does not remain on surfaces in the bathroom. By wiping the sink with a cloth after using the tap and drying the bath with a towel, you ensure that limescale does not have a chance.

Prevent limescale in your bathroom with an anti-limescale system

Cleaning and keeping it dry partly helps prevent limescale in your bathroom. When it comes to heating elements and the inside of the water pipe, you cannot escape limescale.
